These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the https://www.ecoclean.com website (the “Site”), our chat widget, and any services provided by EcoClean LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and related home services (the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Site, chat widget, or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Services
EcoClean LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services in the Chicagoland area, including but not limited to:
- Carpet cleaning
- Water damage restoration and remediation (24/7 emergency)
- Mold removal and remediation (24/7 emergency)
- Tile and grout cleaning and sealing
- Upholstery and furniture cleaning (fabric and leather)
- Area rug cleaning
- Pet odor and stain removal
- Carpet stretching and repair
- Hardwood floor cleaning
- Disinfecting and sanitizing
- Sump pump replacement and installation
- Reconstruction after water, mold, or fire damage
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, scheduling, and the specific conditions of each job.
2. Service Area
EcoClean LLC serves 40+ cities across Will, DuPage, Kendall, and South Kane county in Illinois, including Naperville, Aurora, Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Joliet, Downers Grove, Hinsdale, Schaumburg, Elgin, Wheaton, and surrounding communities. 3. Estimates and Pricing
EcoClean LLC provides free estimates for all services. Estimates may be provided over the phone, online, or on-site depending on the service requested.
- Our residential carpet cleaning pricing is all-inclusive. The quote provided is your final price with no hidden fees or additional charges upon arrival.
- Pricing for residential carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, rug cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and hardwood cleaning is published on our website at ecoclean.com/pricing/.
- Commercial carpet cleaning requires a free on-site estimate.
- Water damage restoration and mold remediation pricing is determined on-site based on the scope of the damage.
- Carpet stretching and repair pricing varies based on the number of rooms, hallways, and stairs involved. Stair stretching requires an inspection or photos, as not all stairs can be stretched.
- The minimum charge per visit is $150.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any pricing published on the Site or communicated by our team at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
EcoClean LLC is open 7 days a week. Appointment windows include:
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM arrival
- Afternoon: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM arrival
- Late Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM arrival
After-hours appointments may be arranged for an additional fee. We are closed on major holidays. For water damage and mold emergencies, we offer 24/7 emergency service.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you in advance of any schedule changes.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
EcoClean LLC stands behind the quality of our work with a 200% Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with our service, we will return and redo the job at no additional charge.
- If you are still not satisfied after the redo, the entire visit will be free of charge.
To take advantage of our guarantee, you must notify us of your concerns before making payment. The guarantee applies to the quality of our cleaning and restoration work and does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent stains that cannot be removed, or conditions beyond the scope of our services.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the service.
- We accept credit cards and checks.
- For water damage restoration and mold remediation, payment terms may be discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on insurance involvement.
- A service fee may apply for returned checks or declined payments.
7. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at (630) 945-4181 or Office@ecoclean.com. We appreciate advance notice so we can accommodate other customers.
8. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible service, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the service needed, including the number and size of rooms, type of flooring, and any known issues (pet stains, water damage, etc.)
- Ensuring safe and clear access to the areas to be cleaned or serviced
- Removing small personal items, breakables, and valuables from the service area prior to our arrival
- Securing pets during the service appointment
- Being present or designating an authorized adult (18+) to be present during the service
EcoClean LLC moves sofas, loveseats, chairs, small tables, lamps, and similar items as part of our standard service. We do not move dining room tables, dressers, large beds, entertainment centers, china cabinets, or other heavy or fragile furniture.
9. Limitations of Service
- Not all stains can be fully removed. Results depend on the type of stain, how long it has been present, previous cleaning attempts, and the condition of the carpet or fabric. Our team will make every effort to achieve the best possible results.
- Carpet stretching on stairs requires an inspection or photos, as not all stairs can be stretched due to installation type and staircase construction.
- Severe pet urine damage may require pad replacement and carpet reinstallation rather than cleaning or treatment alone.
- Water damage and mold remediation results depend on the extent and duration of the damage. EcoClean LLC is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues.
10. Liability and Indemnification
EcoClean LLC carries appropriate insurance coverage for our services. However:
- We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, already damaged, or improperly installed (including loose carpet, delaminating carpet backing, or unstable furniture).
- We are not liable for color loss, shrinkage, or other adverse reactions caused by pre-existing conditions in carpets, rugs, upholstery, or other materials.
- Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
- Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcoClean LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the customer’s negligence, misrepresentation, or failure to disclose known issues.
Any claims must be reported to EcoClean LLC within 48 hours of service completion.
11. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to EcoClean LLC through our website, chat widget, contact forms, or verbal/written communication, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your service inquiry, appointment, or customer support interaction.
- Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations, service updates, and follow-up communications.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Text STOP to opt out of messages at any time.
- Text HELP for assistance.
- SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Website Use
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of EcoClean LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current. Pricing, service availability, and other details are subject to change without notice.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site:

- To harass, abuse, or harm others
- To transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
- To attempt unauthorized access to our systems
