Q: What does your company do?
Our companies main focus is providing a healthy and clean living environment for you, your family, and your pets.
Q: What services do you offer?
We specialize in deep cleanings, especially in move in/move out situations. Our services include carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, house cleaning, furniture cleaning, water damage restoration, and hardwood floor cleaning. Our unique cleaning service is recommended for Allergy Sufferers and people with Children or Pets.
Q: Where are you located?

Our warehouse is located at 24125 111th, #600 Naperville, IL 60564. Please use this location for all rug drop-offs and for free refills of your EcoClean Carpet Cleaning spot remover.

Q: I want to book you guys, when are you available?
We work seven days a week but are off on some major holidays. We have appointments available in the morning, with an arrival time between 9:00am and 10:00am, the afternoon, with an arrival time between 11:00am and 1:00pm, and a late afternoon, with an arrival time between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Special arrangements can be made for after hours appointments but there will be an additional after hours fee.
Q: How long will this process take and how long will it take to dry?
Cleaning times vary between one to four hours, depending on what needs to be cleaned. As far as drying, it generally takes two to four hours for the carpet to be completely dry after we leave, we use special carpet drying fans to get your carpets about 90% of the way dry before we leave. We just recommend turning on any ceiling fans in the home as well as the themerostat fan after we leave. (Normally needs to be switched from AUTO to ON) This will help speed up the drying time and you should expect everything to be completely dry in closer to the two hour time frame. We can also provide plastic shoe covers for you and your family to wear in the meantime for no additional charge.
Q: What does All Inclusive mean exactly?
When we say all inclusive, we mean it. We include everything needed to get your carpet looking as clean as possible with no expensive add on’s needed once we arrive. All of our prices include HEPA filter vacuuming, citrus preconditioning (a more powerful type of preconditioning, applied everywhere, not just high traffic areas), expert spot and stain removal, moisture extraction, carpet rinsing and drying. We also include a free bottle of EcoClean Stain Remover with every purchase, for touch up’s between visits.
Q: Do you move furniture?
Yes, just nothing too heavy or too fragile. We do not move dining room tables, dressers, large beds, entertainment centers or china cabinets. We can move sofas, loveseats, chairs, small tables, lamps, trashcans, etc.
Q: Can you tell me about your cleaning process?
At EcoClean Carpet Cleaning we use the hot water extraction carpet cleaning method which is the only method recommended by carpet manufacturers and is the only method classified as deep cleaning. All other types of cleaning are meant for commercial use or maintenance cleaning. Our prices are all-inclusive with no hidden fees which means all our prices include our expert spot and stain removal at no extra charge, as well as HEPA filter vacuuming, citrus preconditioning, deep steam cleaning, as well as rinsing and drying of the carpets. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Q: What if I’m not happy with your service?
The entire visit will be free of charge. Just let us know before you make payment and there will be no charge for the service.
Q: What is 3M Scotchgard Carpet Protectant, is it safe and do I really need it?
3M Scotchgard Protector is a carpet protectant applied after the cleaning process. It improves the carpet fiber’s ability to resist water and oil-based stains, dirt from shoes and the grind of everyday use. While not a “water-proofing” treatment, it protects very well against water-based stains and makes for easy cleanup of most spills. A spotless 20-year record of safety and performance proves this legendary protection is perfectly safe for your kids and pets. While it is not a part of the carpet cleaning process, this additional step after the cleaning can end up being the most important. After seeing all the work we do to clean your carpets, why not spend a little extra to make sure it stays clean longer? The only situation I wouldn’t recommend it is for people who are already moving out of the property being cleaned. Other then that it works great on new carpet, old carpet, people without children and people with newborns, etc.

Q: Do you send one person or two?
For most jobs we will send two crew members, but on empty houses, jobs out of our listed service area and jobs under $200, we reserve the right to send one crew member.
