Who we are

EcoClean Restoration (EcoClean LLC) is a water damage, fire, mold, and reconstruction company serving Chicago and surrounding suburbs. You can reach us at (630) 945-4181.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and (optionally) email and address
• What you wrote in the form
• The page you submitted from and standard request metadata (browser user agent, hashed IP)
• If you arrived from an ad: the ad parameters (gclid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content)

For visitors who don't submit a form, we record basic first-party page-view analytics: which page was visited, how long the visit lasted, whether a phone number was tapped, and a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser. On our public marketing pages we may also use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel, which set their own cookies and identifiers to measure our advertising. These tools are never loaded on customer portals, claim files, or document-signing pages. You can block them with standard browser settings or extensions without affecting our service.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your request and schedule service
• Communicate about an active job (status, photos, invoices, scheduling)
• Document the work for your insurance carrier when applicable
• Improve the website and measure which ads actually help us reach people who need restoration help

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share what's necessary with:

• Your insurance carrier or agent, when you ask us to help with a claim
• Subcontractors working on your job (drywall, paint, plumbing, etc.) when assigned to a project
• Service providers we use to run the business (hosting, email, SMS) under standard data-processing agreements

SMS / text-message consent and mobile opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process your contact information only to deliver EcoClean services on our behalf.

QuickBooks Online accounting connection

EcoClean may connect its own QuickBooks Online company to our private Echo operations system so authorized staff can reconcile invoices, payments, refunds, deposits, and job-level amounts collected. The connection uses QuickBooks' read-only accounting permission. Echo does not create, edit, or delete accounting records in QuickBooks.

Echo encrypts the QuickBooks connection credentials and retains only the normalized accounting facts, provider identifiers, mapping evidence, and totals needed for reconciliation and audit. Access is restricted to specifically authorized EcoClean personnel. QuickBooks-derived job amounts are not exposed on public, customer, or referral-partner pages. Disconnecting QuickBooks revokes the connection and clears the stored OAuth credentials; related accounting records are retained only as needed for EcoClean's legal, tax, accounting, and audit obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

Where forms offer an optional text-message checkbox, opting in is voluntary and not required to request service. If you opt in, EcoClean may text you about your active service request, appointment coordination, project updates, and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. How long we keep it

Customer and job records are retained as long as the project relationship is active plus the period required by our insurance, tax, and licensing obligations. Page-view analytics are retained for a rolling window and aggregated for trend reporting.

Your choices

You can:

• Ask us what we have on file by emailing the office
• Ask us to delete records that aren't required for legal or accounting reasons
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any SMS we send

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
