We stand behind our water damage and mold work. For 90 days after we finish, if a problem comes back because of something we did or missed, we come back and fix it at no charge. That includes putting back drywall, flooring or anything else we have to remove to make it right.
What we promise. We dry the affected areas to the industry drying standard (IICRC S500). If mold grows or hidden moisture turns up in an area we dried, and it's because our drying fell short, we come back, dry it, remove any mold and put back what we took out. You don't pay for any of it.
What we need from you.

What we promise. Before we call a mold job finished, the treated areas have to pass our final check. If you also hire an independent company to do a clearance test, the areas have to pass that too. If you'd rather not test, the warranty still stands on our final check. If mold grows back in an area we treated, we come back, remove it and put back what we took out. You don't pay for any of it.

Mold we remove during a water damage job falls under this mold section.
When it starts. The 90 days start the day we finish our work. For water damage, that's the day we pick up our drying equipment. For mold, it's the day the treated areas pass our final check.
How to use it. Call us at (630) 945-4181 and tell us what you're seeing. We'll come out and look at no charge. If it traces back to our work, we fix it.
If you sell your home. The warranty stays with the house for the rest of the 90 days. The new owner just calls us with the address.
What it doesn't cover.
It isn't insurance. It doesn't replace your homeowner's policy or change what your insurance company pays.
Your signed proposal. If the warranty on your signed EcoClean proposal says something different from this page, what you signed is what counts.
